Ideal candidate :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Key Account Management.
- Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proven experience as key account manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation You have a diploma / degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- You have strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the SAAS / Corporate Gifting industry.
- You have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You can analyse and draw inference from data .
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a must.
