About the Role
As a Duty Manager – Front Office at HotelZ, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth front office operations, exceptional guest service, and overall operational efficiency. You will lead the front office team, oversee shift activities, handle guest escalations, and uphold brand standards. This is a leadership role suited for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and aspire to grow into senior operational management positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage front office operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience through proactive service and efficient issue resolution.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to achieve performance and service standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain accuracy in billing, night audit reports, and daily operational documentation.
- Monitor occupancy, room revenue, and key hotel performance indicators (ARR, ADR, RevPAR).
- Enforce SOPs, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and conduct routine audits.
- Act as the primary in-charge during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and professional operations.
