At TransportSimple , we’re transforming how fleet owners manage their operations with our unique SaaS solutions. We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive to assist our expanding customer base.What You’ll Do
- POC for all the customers.
- Solve queries via calls, chats & emails in Hindi & English (written and verbal – compulsory)
- Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Ensure tickets are closed within SLAs and escalate when needed.
- Build long-lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer experiences.
Skills Required
Experience : Must have worked in a client-facing role for a software / IT company.Languages : Fluency in Hindi & EnglishCommunication Skills : Strong verbal & written communication, active listening, empathy, and patience.Customer Handling : Ability to manage difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and relationship building.Problem Solving : Analytical thinking, troubleshooting mindset, and quick decision-making under pressure.Domain Knowledge (Good to Have) : Exposure to logistics, transport tech, or SaaS platformsWhy Join TransportSimple?
