Position : International Non voice Customer Support
Mode : Work from Office
Shift : Rotational Night Shift (2 rotational week offs)
Salary : starting 2.7 LPA to 3.8LPA
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through email, chat, and non-voice processes to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases or provide additional assistance when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-2 years of experience in a similar role (customer support / chat process).Strong communication skills for effective written correspondence with customers.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.Basic computer literacy for navigating software applications related to the role.Important Notes :
