Position : Lead - Website & Social Commerce

Role Overview
- The Lead - Website & Social Commerce will own and scale the direct-to-consumer (D2C) business via our website and social commerce channels.
- This role combines P&L ownership, performance marketing leadership, and content-driven commerce strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- You will proactively drive business growth by experimenting with new models, collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer experience across all digital & Revenue Growth
- Own P&L for D2C and social commerce channels, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
- Proactively drive business by exploring new commerce models, innovative campaigns to maximize revenue.
- Optimize marketing spends while improving return on & Social Commerce Strategy
- Lead website strategy, ensuring world-class UX / UI, fast checkout, and personalized journeys for customers.
- Build and scale social commerce initiatives across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Design content-led commerce campaigns that leverage brand storytelling to drive Marketing & SEO
- Work closely with the performance marketing agency to drive customer acquisition, retargeting, referral, and affiliate programs.
- Partner with the SEO agency to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and content Collaboration
- Work with the product team to improve offerings like Quick Heal Antivirus and Quick Heal AntiFraud, using consumer insights to guide optimization.
- Partner with Brand, IT, Strategy, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and commerce & Reporting
- Set up dashboards and reports to track KPIs like traffic, GMV, CAC, CLV, ROAS, and social commerce contribution.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic Engagement
- Collaborate with influencers, marketplaces, affiliate partners, and other ecosystem players to drive both business and brand Deliverables
- Achieve D2C revenue targets and deliver profitable unit economics.
- Grow social commerce revenue contribution to overall digital P&L.
- Drive double-digit YoY growth in D2C transactions and customer acquisition.
- Build a best-in-class website experience optimized for conversions.
- Launch data-backed personalization strategies to increase retention and repeat Skills
- Proven experience in P&L management and scaling D2C businesses.
- Expertise in website commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WordPress).
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, GEO, and social commerce ecosystems.
- Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing tools and affiliate management.
- Strong analytics capabilities with GA4, Tag Manager, and heat-mapping Traits
- Growth-driven, constantly experimenting to find newer ways to scale transactions.
- Creative yet data-backed decision-maker.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
