Role : SAP SF - Payroll Admin
Required :
1. Knowledge about APAC / EMEA / NA info types and hands-on experience in master data creation / corrections
2. Experience in payroll transactions execution (payroll processing, posting, bank transfers)
3. Understanding of payroll clusters / tables
4. Ability to understand payroll log to troubleshoot payroll issues
5. Experience in reporting (periodic reporting, year-end reporting, general payroll reporting, SAP queries, adhoc queries)
6. Experience in troubleshooting replication issues
7. Understanding about Payroll Control Center
8. Understanding about test scripts preparation and execution
Mandatory Skills :
- SAP Payroll, Personnel Management, Organizational Management, Time Management
Key Responsibilities :
Master data creation and corrections with a focus on APAC / EMEA / NA infotypes.Execute payroll transactions, including processing, posting, and bank transfers.Utilize your understanding of payroll clusters / tables to optimize processes.Proficiently troubleshoot payroll issues using payroll logs.Prepare and generate various payroll reports, including year-end and adhoc queries.Resolve replication issues to ensure seamless data flow.Navigate and work within the Payroll Control Center (PCC).Prepare and execute test scripts to ensure accurate payroll processing.Desired Candidate Profile :
Extensive experience in 'Payroll Control Center' (PCC), a pivotal keyword.Adept at managing payroll details within SuccessFactors Employee Central and PCC.Strong process knowledge of payroll in APAC / EMEA / NA regions.Familiarity with SuccessFactors payroll processes and its integration.(ref : hirist.tech)
