About the Role :

We are hiring a Manager – Operations (Inspection) to oversee and streamline inspection and quality operations in renewable energy projects, specifically solar and wind energy. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in QA / QC, project execution, vendor and stakeholder management, and team leadership, with mandatory experience in solar and wind energy projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead inspection operations for solar and wind energy projects (across manufacturing, installation, commissioning stages).
• Ensure implementation and compliance of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
• Supervise and optimize manpower allocation across multiple project sites.
• Manage relationships with vendors to maintain quality and delivery standards.
• Engage with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, consultants) for project coordination and issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed reporting of inspection progress, project timelines, and quality status.
• Drive adherence to industry best practices, safety standards, and renewable energy regulations.
• Support continuous improvement in processes, team performance, and inspection efficiency.
