Job descriptionPlan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to meet business goals and customer expectations. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and quality. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics; analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively. Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to ensure high performance and professional growth. Collaborate with other departments including sales, finance, HR, and supply chain to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage risk and resolve operational issues promptly. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role . Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using ERP systems, MS Office, and operational software tools. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
