Responsibilities
Manage Production as per schedule.
Communicate with APL for orders , clarifications and approvals.
Coordinate and bridge between APL and our Team.
Allot Shift duties and job rotation of employees and workers.
Ensure proper quality checks during production and dispatch.
Ensure SOP’s Implementation and make SOP’s where ever it is required.
Ensure timely execution of orders
Ensure that all orders are dispatched as per standard SOP after cross checking the qty , Design and Quality.
Manage resources like RM, Spares, Ink, etc. as per production plan.
Ensure proper invoicing and timely GST deposition and return filing by the company.
Ensure emergency purchases
Ensure Statutory compliances related to project
MIS and Data presentation as per standard frequency .
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of SAP
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
