Salesforce Developer

Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations , with the ability to design scalable solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components .

Configure Salesforce features including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards .

Design and implement API integrations with external systems (REST / SOAP) and middleware platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, admins, and stakeholders) to gather requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions.

Ensure code quality, performance tuning, and adherence to Salesforce best practices .

Support Salesforce releases, upgrades, and troubleshoot system issues.

Maintain clear technical documentation for solutions and processes.

Required Qualifications :

2–3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Proficiency in Apex, SOQL / SOSL, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components .

Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and automation (flows, workflows, validation rules).

Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware tools).

Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools (Git) .

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Salesforce certification(s) preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator ).
