Salesforce Developer - Apex / Visual Force

Job description5 years of hands-on experience developing on Salesforce, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript. In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, and security. Strong experience in integrations, and API development. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) or PSA modules may be an advantage for some roles. Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I / II preferred). Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of an Agile team. Participation in requirement gathering and client communication sessions. Mentoring junior developers and assisting in code reviews where required. Providing post-deployment support and production troubleshooting.
A Salesforce Developer with 5 years of experience in Pune is expected to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, and to work closely with business and technical teams for solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using REST / SOAP APIs.
- Implement and optimize data models, workflows, and business processes on the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and ensure adherence to best development practices.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
