Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Operations :
- Process requisitions, purchase approvals, and other business forms
- Manage account records, issue invoices, and handle payments
- Provide guidance to departments on fiscal best practices
- Accounting & Reporting :
- Analyze financial data and update spreadsheets and reports
- Assist in audits, reviews, and tax preparation
- Prepare operating budgets, financial statements, and reports
- Compliance & Controls :
- Review and ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory compliance
- Reconcile accounting discrepancies with internal departments
- Payroll & Documentation :
- Assist with payroll administration
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial processes
