Sr Procurement Buyer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute annual and strategic procurement plans
• Ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives
• Drive annual saving / cost avoidance
• Lead sourcing transition initiatives to optimize the supply base and reduce risk
• Participate in new supplier search and development
• Drive supplier negotiation and contract management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies
• Improve sourcing processes and performance through effective management operating systems
• Participate in Internal Audits and ensure noncompliance with Indirect Procurement.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 7+ years  of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
• Experience in IFM / Operation related Projects with Capex / Energy Projects. You should experience of disposing the scrap activity and good knowledge of HSE .
• You should have good supplier knowledge for Training / Hoteling / Transportation in market. Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP and e-sourcing platforms
• Cross-functional experience in engineering / technology, operations, sales / marketing
