We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented who can support the planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of student experience initiatives at Newton School of Technology. You will work across teams, student councils, vendors, and internal stakeholders to bring events, programs, and communities to life.

This is a high-energy, execution-driven role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, student-centric environments.

Requirements :

• Min 3-4+years of experience working as a Performance Marketing Associate or similar role
• Paid Marketing Expertise Across Platforms : Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and preferably YouTube / OTT campaigns.
• Leverage paid channels to drive, website traffic,& nbsp; top funnel, lead velocity and conversions
• Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Knowledge : Since student marketing often needs collaborations.
• Strong Copywriting & Creative Briefing Skills : Ability to work with content / design teams to create performance-driven ad creatives.
• Budget Management : Ability to plan and optimize large-scale marketing budgets.
• Basic Design / Video Editing Familiarity (Canva, Figma, CapCut) – nice-to-have, for agility.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends / patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the user’s journey
• Measure, track and report on performance marketing efforts through structured dashboards
