Digital Marketing Specialist
Looking for a result-oriented and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives and accelerate growth across channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and campaign strategy across Google and Meta platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, implement, and manage SEO, SEM, Display, and Social Media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Own and optimize paid media performance, tracking KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, CAC, and conversions
- Drive organic traffic growth via on-page and off-page SEO best practices
- Manage analytics and tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and UTM parameters
- Collaborate with design / content teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Monitor campaign performance and generate regular performance reports and insights
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
- Execute lead generation and retargeting Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console)
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and funnel conversion
- Proven experience in both performance and organic marketing
- Experience in reporting dashboards and tools like Data Studio or Looker
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Good command over English (written & verbal)
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end
Good to Have :
Certification in Google Ads or Meta BlueprintExperience with on platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho, Bik.Ai, or LimechatKnowledge of landing page builders like Unbounce or Webflow(ref : iimjobs.com)
