What You Should Know About This Job
Medikabazaar is looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Executive to expand our presence across chemists, medical stores, and small distributors in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or hygiene care, and a deep understanding of retail healthcare channels.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Visit chemists, retail medical stores, and small distributors within the assigned territory to promote and sell Medikabazaar's hygiene care product range.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through systematic market coverage and relationship building.Ensure effective product placement, inventory rotation, and brand visibility at point-of-sale outlets.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail customers, ensuring regular follow-ups and repeat orders.Generate and manage customer orders, coordinate delivery timelines, and support the payment collection process.Identify and explore new business opportunities both within and beyond Delhi NCR to grow market share.Share regular market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback with the management team.Preferred Candidate Profile :
3 to 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or hygiene care industries.Prior experience in the hygiene care segment will be strongly preferred.Strong network of chemists, distributors, and retailers in Delhi NCR.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, with a strong drive to meet targets.Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and occasionally outside, based on business needs.Bachelor's degree is mandatory; additional certifications in sales or marketing will be an advantage.Why Join Medikabazaar?
