Facilitator (6-Months Contractual)

Role & Responsibilities

• Work with headmasters, teachers, students (Grades 1–8), and parents / community (25% focus each).
• Teach spoken English (secondary level), conduct remedial classes, and use LMS / tech tools for learning.
• Support teachers with pedagogy, classroom practices, workshops, and mindset change.
• Observe sessions, identify gaps, and build Professional Learning Communities across schools.
• Maintain reports, data, and attend reviews / meetings.
• Engage with parents & community through workshops and awareness sessions.
• Assist in School Development Plans (SDP) and participate in training / self-learning.
