Role Description

This is a full-time / Part time on-site role for an IGCSE and IB Facilitator located in Mulund Ghatkopar and Thane. The IGCSE and IB Facilitator will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and providing personalized feedback to students. Additionally, the facilitator will integrate AI-driven tools for performance tracking and contribute to teacher development workshops and training sessions. The role entails fostering critical thinking and maintaining academic discipline among students.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, English, ICT, Economics, or Business Studies
• Experience with Cambridge IGCSE & A-Level and IB MYP & DP curricula
• Proficiency in conceptual teaching and application-based learning
• Ability to utilize AI-assisted tracking systems and digital resources
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and mentoring skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Passion for teaching and dedication to student success
