Role & responsibilities
- Assist in executing and tracking training plans to support the completion of learning programs
- Provide support in organizing training sessions and maintaining training materials
- Help in creating and formatting basic content for internal learning use
- Follow established processes and report any observed deviations or issues to the supervisor
- Maintain records and documentation related to training activities
- Support ongoing learning efforts within the team by being proactive and engaged
- Participate in team discussions aimed at improving training quality and efficiency
- Focus on building core skills and learning from real-time exposure
- Support simple analysis tasks or assist in documenting issues under guidance
