Key Responsibilities : -
Business Planning & Growth
Own and drive month-on-month business planning across primary and secondary sales.
Develop GTM strategies and execution plans for new product launches across marketplaces.
Track performance against business plans, analyze gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Marketplace Operations & Account Management
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations including billing, PO management, and payment reconciliation.
Ensure availability, visibility, and fulfilment of stock across platforms.
Liaise with marketplace category managers to drive growth, visibility, and promotional campaigns.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and billing accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or excess holding.
Track payments against billing and resolve discrepancies with marketplaces in coordination with finance.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with marketplace category teams.
Identify growth opportunities and negotiate for visibility slots, promotions, and strategic tie-ups.
Analysis & Reporting
Track KPIs on sales, margins, fulfilment, and payments.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on business performance.
Benchmark against competition and suggest strategies for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience :
3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / E-commerce / Marketplace Sales.
Industry Preference :
Automotive, Auto-Accessories, or Consumer Durables. Candidates from other consumer-facing industries with strong marketplace experience will also be considered.
