Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Amazon seller account management and eCommerce marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Amazon operations, ensuring smooth product listings, optimizing visibility, and driving sales growth while maintaining account health.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage Amazon Seller Central account(s) including product listings, variations, and catalog optimization.

Create, edit, and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and A+ content.

Monitor account health, resolve policy violations, and handle customer feedback / claims.

Track and analyze sales performance, inventory, and marketing campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Ads).

Research competitors, keywords, and market trends to improve ranking and sales.

Coordinate with design / content teams for images, infographics, and enhanced brand content.

Manage returns, reimbursements, and FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) operations.

Expand product presence to other marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.) if required.

Qualifications :

Proven experience handling Amazon Seller Central accounts.

Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, product listing, and catalog management.

Familiarity with Amazon PPC campaigns and keyword optimization.

Analytical skills for monitoring account metrics and sales reports.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
