Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description5-8+ years of experience in US IT recruiting, with proven closures in at least two of Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, or Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi. Solid understanding of US tax / visa frameworks and VMS / MSP environments. Expertise in Boolean / X-ray searching and outbound strategies, along with strong storytelling skills. Comfortable partnering with clients and delivery teams.
About This Opportunity
Our Core Tech desk is expanding its Data, Cloud, and Enterprise Apps teams. We are seeking a seasoned Lead Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for US clients.
- Lead the end-to-end recruiting process for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.
- Convert vague job descriptions into clear, actionable requirements through collaborative discovery with Delivery / AE / HM.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines using JobDiva, referrals, communities, and meetups.
- Assess technical fit and role outcomes, negotiate compensation, and close deals.
- Manage MSP / VMS submissions efficiently, prepare candidates for interviews, and maintain pristine ATS hygiene.
- Mentor 1-2 recruiters / sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.
