What will you be doing?

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a significant role in sourcing and attracting the right talent from the market through various methods of hiring. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and multiple priorities with an ability to leverage his / her own network / connections for meeting the hiring requirements of the organization and own the process end to end.

Job Responsibilities

Working on the open hiring requirements and ensuring speedy closure of positions.

Understanding the hiring requirement in detail and applying best hiring practices.

Search & source candidates through various means not only limited to an in-house database.

Screening candidates and checking the fitment of the profile.

Plan, and coordinate for scheduling interviews with the hiring manager and hiring team.

Plan, organize, and coordinate campus recruitment as & when needed.

Proactively engaging with the hiring team / hiring manager throughout the interview process and also to understand the interview status and take the next steps.

Keeping the connection with the candidate throughout the process.

Maintain required reports on hiring to generate required status.

Responsible branding and talent acquisition strategy building

Requirements

Minimum 10yrs of relevant experience in IT recruitment preferably in a global, high-tech organization or product-based company.

Relevant Degree or MBA in HR or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Good understanding of technologies and skillsets for IT recruitment.

Should be an expert in IT recruitment and hiring methods.

Should have experience in campus recruitment.

Should have experience with ATS, job boards, and other hiring tools.

Should be able to leverage connections and good with networking.

Should be Hands-on in creating relevant reports.

Multi-tasking, go-getter, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency.

Attention to detail with excellent organizing skills.

Should be flexible in schedule and own the working end to end.

Should be able to devote the required time for hiring.

Pro-active and high-level ownership & accountability.
