We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the recruitment process for mid-to-senior roles across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, focusing on sectors such as banking, real estate, retail, and media.
Banking : Identify top talent in risk analysis, compliance, and retail banking.
Real Estate : Source agents, property managers, and valuation specialists.
Retail : Find store managers, merchandisers, and e-commerce specialists.
Media : Discover content creators, digital marketers, and PR executives.

Candidate Management

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and company culture.

Guide candidates through the offer negotiation process, addressing salary expectations and career growth.

Market Expertise

Maintain industry knowledge across sectors :

Banking : Stay updated on regulatory changes and fintech trends.

Real Estate : Monitor local market dynamics and property laws.

Retail : Analyze omnichannel strategies and consumer behavior.

Media : Follow digital content trends and platform algorithms.
