About the Role

As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing CASA and liability accounts, and cross-selling third-party products. The role requires strong sales acumen, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to deliver results in a competitive market while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire CASA and liability accounts through field sales, referrals, and market networking

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Achieve branch liability sales targets consistently

• ️ Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies

Promote cross-selling of insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
