Description :
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow, cloud platforms, and Java-based technologies, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced production environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L2 / L3 support for enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor applications and system performance using tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Collaborate with cloud and DevOps teams for deployment, configuration, and environment management across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Develop and maintain scripts, dashboards, and automation solutions for improved monitoring and support efficiency.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), known errors, and workarounds for knowledge sharing.
