Job descriptionExceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during monitoring periods. A basic understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. Strong communication skills for clear and concise escalation. Ability to work within a 24 / 7 rotating shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in monitoring, NOC, or helpdesk environments. Familiarity with tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, Splunk, or similar. Exposure to ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).

The Systems Monitoring Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining the stability and integrity of banking and payments systems. Promptly escalating critical issues is crucial to ensuring seamless operations.
- Main Responsibilities :
- Monitor system alerts and dashboards continuously during shifts, identifying potential warnings and critical issues.
- Escalate alerts efficiently to technical or operations teams, logging incidents accurately in ticketing systems.
- Effectively hand over ongoing issues to the next shift, adhering to established monitoring and escalation procedures.
