Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Infra Manager IT to lead our IT infrastructure initiatives. The role involves end-to-end management of IT infra, including networks, servers, cloud, endpoint security, compliance, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead IT infrastructure management, security, and endpoint administration.
• Develop and implement IT infra strategies, SOPs, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and regulatory IT governance.
• Manage MSPs for effective service delivery.
• Plan and execute patch management (ManageEngine Endpoint Central).
• Coordinate & remediate VAPT findings.
• Design and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and BCP plans.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, procurement, and licensing.
• Handle servers, switches, firewalls, storage, and virtualization.
• Manage cloud infra (AWS, Office 365, VMware).
• Implement endpoint security (Trend Micro, SIEM, Sectona PAM, Dark Web Monitoring).
• Support cybersecurity audits (ISO, SEBI, SOC 2).
