Digital Transformation :

  • Lead the digital transformation process, automate processes, improvise the platforms.
  • Integrate new technologies and streamline workflows
  • Analytics for improvising efficiency
  • Project Planning Tools, Real Time tracking and Exception :
  • Provide Direction for Technology initiatives.
  • Develop & Implement IT Strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Plan, Guide and Lead Long Term IT Planning
  • Hiring the right talent for each role of the team and leading them and reduce attrition of the

team in the process.

IT Infrastructure Management :

  • Plan, Maintain and Upgrade IT Infrastructure
  • Secure IT Operations and support daily business.
  • Identify and incorporate enhancements and advancements to the existing Management :
  • Identify the right source and ensure service delivery and compliance.
  • Strong Negotiation of Contract pricing and Projects & Security :
  • IT Projects - From Conceptualization to execution
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams
  • Support Implementation
  • Train the cross functional teams
  • Ensure the cybersecurity framework is robust.
  • Regular Audits to idenfity and fix any risks
  • Future Planning for IT to support the expansion of the Business.
  • Periodical IT Health Checks - Identify gaps and Responsibilities :
  • Prepare Budget for the IT Department.
  • Identify cost effective but quality alternatives for the existing products.
  • Train and lead the team
