Roles and Responsibilities Management :

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of servers, storage, networks, and virtualization platforms.
• Manage hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and ensure seamless integration with on-prem infrastructure.
• Maintain high availability and disaster recovery strategies for critical systems, including trading & Compliance :
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (SEC, MiFID II, GDPR).
• Implement infrastructure security best practices, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.
• Work with InfoSec team on audits, risk assessments, and incident response & Service Management :
• Manage third-party relationships with data centre providers, ISPs, and managed services.
• Monitor SLAs, evaluate new vendors, and negotiate service Leadership :
• Lead infrastructure projects (office relocations, upgrades, cloud migrations).
• Collaborate with application, data, and support teams on cross-functional & Performance :
• Implement proactive monitoring tools and performance metrics.
• Analyse trends to improve system availability, reduce downtime, and optimize Support :
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support and ensure timely resolution of infrastructure-related issues.
• Define and enforce IT policies and procedures across the :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization (VMware), Windows / Linux servers.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), M365, Active Directory, and SCCM.
• Familiarity with trading infrastructure, Bloomberg / Reuters terminals, and FIX protocols is a plus.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
• Preferred Certifications- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA / CCNP, Microsoft Certified :

Azure Administration, ITIL Foundation, CISSP or CISM.
