IndiGo is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated professional to lead its Sales Reporting & Analytics function, providing strategic insights and supporting leadership with data-driven decision-making. This role will be pivotal in managing sales performance reporting, preparing leadership presentations, and driving commercial effectiveness across domestic / international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze data from multiple sources using tools like Power BI and SQL
- Prepare weekly leadership presentations, board decks, and budget-related reports
- Perform route-level analytics and variance analysis to track performance and identify opportunities
- Evaluate product and channel mix to support targeted sales strategies
- Conduct market and competition benchmarking to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue across channels and points of sale
- Liaise with Finance, Digital, Legal, and other support functions for analytics needs
Desired Profile
Master's degree in Business Analytics or MBA / CA preferred5–10 years of experience in Consulting, Airlines, or E-CommerceStrong business communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skillsProficiency in Power BI, Excel and PowerPointProven ability to independently conduct quantitative analysis and hypothesis testingExperience in airline pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics preferredCandidates with prior experience in working closely with leadership teams is a plusSkills Required
