Co-Founder - GTM & Strategy

Job descriptionEngineering or Management graduate from IIT / IIM or equivalent Tier-1 institute (e.g., IISc / ISB / top global equivalents). GTM : 20+ first meetings, 6+ qualified pilots, $2–4M qualified pipeline. Product Strategy / Delivery : 2–3 pilots live in production; time-to-first-value Founder-level scope; equity-first. Direct access to US CXOs and live pilots. Build in Bengaluru; operate globally with US overlap.
We’re building Logikality into a category-defining, AI-first company for document- and decision-heavy operations in BFSI (Mortgage & Title first). If you want to own outcomes — pipeline, pilots, product adoption, and customer value — let’s talk.
Role tracks :
- GTM (Revenue & Partnerships) : pipeline → pilots → ARR. Partner ecosystem. Category storytelling.
- Product Strategy & Delivery : customer discovery, PRDs, solution design, implementation playbooks, delivery excellence, and value realization — in partnership with the CTO & Eng .
You drive commercialization, adoption, execution, and customer outcomes. Partner with the CEO; collaborate closely with the CTO.
