Our brands including Café Cruisers and Mud Cruisers, unite motorcycling, 4×4 adventure, technology and authentic community experiences under one platform. We have already developed mobile apps, built a passionate rider base, and are rolling out training programs, events and brand partnerships.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a strategic leader to join as Co-Founder & Strategic Investor at director level. This is a unique chance to co-build a fast-growing lifestyle and technology company with a clear vision and an established product roadmap.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder & Strategic Investor (Director Level) at Cruiserverse Ventures. The role is based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility. The Co-Founder & Strategic Investor will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, driving business development, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing the company&aposs overall growth. Participate in high-level decision-making and represent Cruiserverse in forums and partnerships.

What We're Looking For

5–10+ years of experience in leadership roles across adventure / lifestyle, tech platforms, marketing or community building.

Passion for travel, motorcycles, and building authentic communities.

Ability to invest capital or bring strategic resources and actively work in an operational co-founder capacity.

Collaborative mindset : willing to work under the Founder's vision while co-owning execution and growth.

We're looking for a co-founder who can invest ₹50 lakh – ₹1.5 crore (flexible depending on your contribution).

What We Offer

Director position on the board alongside the Founder.

Equity and / or profit share proportional to investment and role (negotiable).

• Final equity will depend on the exact capital, sweat contribution and agreed scope. All equity will be on a standard 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff to ensure long-term alignment.
