What You Should Know About This Job

Cympl Studios is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team. As an HR Associate, you'll be the backbone of our HR operations and administrative support, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, employee engagement, and compliance. If you're passionate about structure, love spreadsheets, and are a people-first multitasker, this is for you.

Requirements :

2+ years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, and HR Administration

Familiarity with full-cycle hiring : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups

Good understanding of onboarding, documentation, employee database management, and internal HR processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the gaming / tech / startup industry is a plus

Role Responsibilities :

Recruitment Support

Assist in end-to-end hiring : job postings, sourcing profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing feedback

Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate pipelines

HR Operations & Documentation

Manage employee records, generate HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.), and ensure database accuracy

Coordinate onboarding & exit processes

Admin & Travel Coordination

Assist in employee travel bookings, vendor coordination, and administrative follow-ups

Support office management activities when needed

Employee Experience & Communication

Be the point of contact for employee queries

Support in organizing engagement activities, celebrations, and communication initiatives
