Hiring for HRBP - Warehouse for leading Quick Commerce Company

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact at the warehouse site.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar / frontline staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment,
etc.).
Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices.Ensure smooth HR operations across rotational shifts and multiple workforce levels.Key Requirements
4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse / logistics / manufacturing setups.Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems / tools.
