What You’ll Do

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.

Support HR operations including documentation, HRMS updates, and employee records management.

Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

Coordinate with managers and employees to support learning & development initiatives.

Conduct basic research on HR best practices and provide recommendations.

Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in Human Resources, talent management, and people development.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR tools / HRMS is a plus.

A proactive and collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.
