Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and independent
HR Technology SPOC
to manage day-to-day HR Tech operations, system enhancements, audits, and automation projects with minimal supervision. The role requires close collaboration with HR teams, business technology teams, and employees to ensure smooth functioning of HR systems and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the
single point of contact (SPOC)
for all HR technology-related queries, issues, and enhancements.
Independently manage daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
Manage and conduct
HR technology audits , ensuring compliance, data integrity, and system security.
Liaise with
internal business technology teams
to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.
Lead implementation of
new system enhancements
and ensure adoption by HR and employees.
Maintain and optimize HR systems like
Zing HR ,
TurboHire and new systems , ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process gaps and deploy digital workflows.
Monitor system performance, generate HR dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
Train HR teams and employees on new features, functionalities, and processes.
Keep abreast of HR technology trends to recommend future-ready solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred with HR tech / automation background).
3–6 years
of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management.
Knowledge of
Zing HR ,
TurboHire ,
Power Automate ,
Power BI
(advantageous).
Strong understanding of
HR processes
(recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.).
Prior experience in
HR tech audits
and compliance checks.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and liaise across HR and technology functions.
