Job Description :

Administer Windows and Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (Azure), manage backups and DR, and provide telecom / voice platform support for contact center technologies to ensure reliable service delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor backups, disaster recovery procedures and storage provisioning (e.g., Commvault, NetApp).
• Provide application support, monitor system health and capacity planning.
• Manage server / cloud infrastructure and application support.
• Provide Operating System Support (Windows ~90%, Linux ~9%, Mac ~1%).
• Support Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
• Document SOPs and support compliance audits.
• Execute patching schedules across servers and endpoints.
• Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to minimize impact.
• Track patch compliance and report on status.
• Support change management and audit :
• 3+ years in systems engineering / infrastructure support (Windows, Linux, Azure Cloud).
• Experience with backup tools (Commvault), storage platforms (NetApp, Pure), and cloud environments.
• Experience with patching tools (Ivanti is preferred. SCCM, WSUS, Ansible).
• Understanding of change management and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
