Deputy Manager, Sales (Upper North Danfoss Drives) Impact You'll Make :

As our Deputy Manager Sales, youll play a key role in stepping into the Frontline Sales role for Danfoss Drives in the North (Upper) region means becoming a catalyst for industrial transformation.

This position is not just about selling Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)it's about shaping the future of energy-efficient operations across critical sectors like Food, HVAC, Water & Wastewater, Sugar, Textile, Cranes, and Hoists.

What Youll Be Doing :

Owning Danfoss Drives business for Upper North Region (OEMs, System Integrators, Contractors, Partners) and managing Partners across segments like HVAC / R; F & B; Textile; Pulp & Paper, Sugar, Crane ,Lifts, etc.

Take ownership of the business in all aspects Sales Revenue, Profitable growth, Accounts receivables, etc. and support profitable growth of Partners in the region.

Work closely with Partners and enable them to improve business processes and increase productivity.

What We're Looking For :

Engineering Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in engineering sales.

Knowledge in HVAC / R; F & B; Paper; Textile; & General Industry Markets & Products preferred Drives; Machinery OEMs; Motors, Servos; Pumps, Switch gears, etc.

Prior experience with Channel sales is highly preferred.

Self-motivated to drive growth through initiatives, communication skills & teamwork spirit.
