Role Overview :
We are seeking a CRO & UX Manager to take ownership of optimizing the customer journey with a focus on improving conversion rates, enhancing user experience, and boosting overall website performance. This role will be critical in increasing engagement, reducing drop-offs, and driving higher revenue per Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a CRO roadmap to improve conversions across desktop, mobile, and landing pages.
- Conduct A / B testing and user behavior analysis using tools like VWO, Hotjar, etc.
- Analyze funnels, bounce rates, and drop-off points to identify friction and eliminate conversion hurdles.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to improve UI / UX based on customer insights and data.
- Own the end-user testing process, including wireframing, usability testing, and feedback collection.
- Work closely with content, tech, and performance marketing teams to align with growth and revenue goals.
- Provide regular reporting on outcomes, learnings, and performance :
- 2 to 4 years of experience in CRO, UX / UI, or product optimization.
- Strong understanding of conversion metrics, user psychology, and behavior analytics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), VWO, Hotjar, Figma (or similar).
- Ability to translate user insights into high-performing UI / UX designs.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
