About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Associate Account Manager to join our growing Ad Operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign management, client servicing, and performance optimization across major Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) — especially The Trade Desk (TTD) or DV360.
This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage client relationships, execute campaigns flawlessly, and deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary client point of contact, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital media campaigns across programmatic DSPs (TTD, DV360, etc.).
- Handle complete campaign lifecycle — from setup, trafficking, and delivery to reporting and insights.
- Ensure alignment between client objectives, media strategy, and performance outcomes.
- Analyze campaign data, create performance reports, and present actionable insights for upscaling campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, media planning, data analytics, and creative) to ensure flawless delivery.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues, pacing, and tracking discrepancies in coordination with the ad ops and tech teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and upselling / cross-selling digital solutions.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through timely communication, analytical support, and strategic recommendations.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in account management / ad operations / programmatic campaign management.Strong hands-on experience in The Trade Desk (TTD) and / or Google DV360 (Display & Video 360).Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, DMPs, pixels, tracking, and attribution models.Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting dashboards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-facing presence.Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven, and deadline-oriented environment.Experience in campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and inventory management.Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or a related field.
