Production Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integrated Producer to lead our production and post-production efforts. The successful candidate will oversee projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the workflow are executed efficiently.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure while driving efficiency and creative excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in managing shoot production and post-production in a creative agency, with good knowledge of print, digital and film production.

They should be able to source directors, crew and cast for projects, and work closely with clients to define campaign scope, estimates, and schedules.

The role also requires previous experience of resource and production services sourcing, as well as knowledge of aspect ratios and shooting for various deliverables.
