Job Description – Relationship Manager

CTC : Up to 3.9 LPA + Fuel + Insurance & Mediclaim

Experience : Minimum 1 Year

Product : Home Loan / Loan Against Property (HL / LAP) & MSME Loans

Key Responsibilities

Source and acquire new customers for Home Loan, LAP & MSME Loans through open market.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure portfolio quality.

Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in HL / LAP / MSME loans .

Strong knowledge of local market with good customer network.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.
