Job Purpose :
To drive insurance sales through banca channel partnerships (banks) by developing and maintaining strong relationships with branch staff, ensuring effective product placement, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank branch staff to generate insurance business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through bancassurance channel.
Educate, train, and motivate bank branch employees on insurance products and sales processes.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers by handling documentation, policy issuance, and service queries.
Identify potential customers from the bank’s database and generate leads for insurance products.
Provide regular updates to the bank staff on new products, schemes, and promotions.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines while executing sales.
Conduct customer meetings, explain product benefits, and assist in policy issuance.
Track business performance and prepare MIS reports for management review.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
6 MONTHS –3 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance. Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
Prior experience in banca sales / financial services will be an added advantage.
