Role Overview :

The Payroll & Compliance Executive ensures accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, and timely submission of statutory returns in alignment with company policies and labour laws. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong understanding of statutory norms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage monthly payroll including attendance, leaves, and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity Acts.
• Coordinate with Finance for disbursement, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filing of returns.
• Prepare payroll MIS and support audits.
• Address payroll queries and maintain data confidentiality.
