The Senior Payroll Manager plays a critical role in management and oversight for payroll processes serving as a vital link between employees and the business ensuring that employees are paid timely and accurately.

This role involves in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and the capacity to work with payroll software systems, indicating a blend of technical expertise and regulatory comprehension.

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to join Medtronic's Diabetes business.

Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements.

While you will start your employment with Medtronic, upon establishment of SpinCo or the transition of the Diabetes business to another company, your employment may transfer to either SpinCo or the other company, at Medtronic's discretion and subject to any applicable information and consultation requirements in your jurisdiction.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned : .

• Utilize the payroll vendor platform to process payroll for employees across multiple APAC locations.
• Enter, review, and validate payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and benefits deductions.
• Manage and process special payroll cycles, such as bonuses, commissions, and equity awards and ensure all payroll processing adheres to company policies and local and international statutory regulations.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports each pay period to ensure accuracy of employee payments, vendor remittances, and statutory filings.
• Partner with HR and Finance teams to streamline data flows and resolve issues related to employee data and integrations.
• Contribute to projects involving payroll implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other finance systems.
