What You'll Do

1. Serve as the primary Face of our channels, embodying the Stable Money brand- trustworthy, expert, yet approachable and relatable.

2. Masterfully present information for various video formats (short-form explainers, long-form deep dives, interviews), making complex financial topics accessible.

3. Demonstrate a strong foundational understanding of fintech and financial concepts and a proven ability to interpret and deliver fintech content.

4. Actively participate in community interaction (comments, live streams) to build engagement and views and gather direct audience feedback.

5. Collaborate with the Research and Editorial teams to adapt written scripts into natural, high-impact on-screen deliveries.

6. Maintain a professional and compelling Presenter persona consistently.

7. Able to attract good hosts and conduct 1-1 interactive podcast sessions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Viewership and engagement rate, average watch time across key video series.

2. Brand affinity or qualitative feedback on relatability and trust built by the on-screen persona.

3. Demonstration of a desire for a long-term partnership with Stable Money.

What We're Looking For

1. You have 4–8 years of proven experience as the face of channels or are a recognized on-screen presenter.

2. Ex-News Anchors (digital news preferred) or experienced fintech communicators are ideal.

3. You have a strong, demonstrable understanding of fintech and finance, capable of interpreting and delivering complex financial content accurately and engagingly.

4. You are fluent and highly articulate in Hindi speaking, capable of captivating a broad national audience with a mix of content in English and Hindi.

5. You are data-driven in your approach to presentation, focused on driving tangible results like building engagement and views through your on-screen charisma and relatable delivery.

6. You set the standard for the content team, operating with the highest level of Integrity and ensuring all content is compliant by default.
