About the Job :
ADM is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to establish and expand its Data & Analytics (D&A) organization within the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru, India. The role is central to building a scalable, high-performing global delivery organization that advances ADMs enterprise-wide digital and analytics priorities.
The Director of D&A within the GCC will be responsible for shaping the operating model, attracting and developing top talent, embedding ADMs culture, and ensuring the GCC functions as an integral extension of global teams. The leader will establish efficient Ways of Working (WOW), drive organizational growth, and provide oversight to ensure the GCC consistently delivers high-quality outcomes aligned with global objectives.
A critical focus of the role is enabling seamless globalregional integration and alignment, ensuring the GCC operates both as a global delivery engine and as a local center of excellence. The Director will promote the adoption of best practices and continuous innovation, allowing the GCC to deliver consistent value, scalability, and thought leadership across ADMs enterprise. The role will also position the GCC as a source of innovation and emerging ideas from the India market, channeling relevant advancements back into ADMs global D&A organization.
Reporting directly to the VP of D&A, with dotted-line collaboration across Global Delivery Directors, the position represents a unique opportunity to create and scale a world-class capability center that drives innovation, analytics maturity, and operational excellence across ADMs global enterprise.

Beyond leadership skills, the candidate brings deep expertise in Data & Analytics (D&A) delivery, including Master Data Management (MDM), Data Migration and Readiness, and Data Quality. The individual understands how to design and operationalize enterprise data foundations, ensure data readiness for large-scale transformation initiatives, and maintain the highest standards of data quality and governance.

Experience in talent acquisition, organizational design, innovation management, and stakeholder engagement is essential to establishing a successful GCC that integrates seamlessly with ADMs global operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Organization Leadership & Strategy :
- The Director will build, lead, and scale the D&A organization within the GCC, aligning with ADMs global strategy and positioning the GCC as a center of excellence for analytics, digital platforms, and innovation initiatives.
Digital & Innovation oversight :
The role is responsible for building connectivity and fostering a sense of community among team members aligned to products established by the Digital & Innovation (D&I) team, reporting to the D&I VP. The initial focus is on hiring and integrating these resources into ADM.The role ensures that team members effectively execute their assigned tasks while maintaining access to a direct channel for non-technical coaching and support. As D&I products mature into full product teams, the role provides guidance and support during the transition of both the products and the team members as they move into Data & Analytics (D&A).Talent Acquisition & Development :
The Director will oversee the end-to-end hiring and development process, attracting, recruiting, and managing the talent pipeline while onboarding top-tier D&A professionals within the GCC. Equally important will be fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth through mentorship, skills development, and structured career progression programs.Cultural Stewardship :
The Director will champion and embed ADMs culture and values within the GCC, establishing best-in-class Ways of Working (WOW) that encourage collaboration, innovation, and efficiency.Operational Excellence :
The Director will identify and eliminate GCC-specific operational hurdles, creating a smooth and productive environment for the team while implementing processes that balance speed, quality, and innovation.The role will drive the adoption of best-in-class analytics practices and facilitate the development of leading processes, tools, and methodologies that can be consistently leveraged across regions. In addition, the Director will position the GCC as a source of innovation and emerging ideas from the India market, channeling relevant advancements back into ADMs global D&A organization.Stakeholder Management & Communication :
The Director will serve as the primary communication bridge between the GCC and global leadership, providing regular updates on hiring, team performance, innovation initiatives, and operational status to the VP of D&A.Collaboration & Alignment :
The Director will work closely with onshore Delivery Directors to understand business needs, plan resource allocation, and ensure the GCC effectively supports global delivery commitments.The role will also partner with D&A leaders globally to align on emerging technologies, pilots, and transformation initiatives.Team & People Management :
The Director will provide strong leadership and mentorship to the GCC team, overseeing performance, engagement, and overall team health while promoting innovation-driven mindsets and accountability.Delivery Oversight :
Delivery accountability is a critical focus of this role. The Director will ensure GCC teams consistently operate effectively and deliver against commitments.This includes maintaining high-level oversight of delivery performance with strong emphasis on quality, timeliness, and alignment with project goals. While the role does not involve managing daily work priorities, the Director is ultimately accountable for ensuring delivery outcomes meet global expectations and business needs.Standard Job Requirements [AH4] :

Proven expertise in the Data & Analytics (D&A) domain, with a strong understanding of end-to-end analytics delivery.Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools, including SAP Datasphere, Databricks, Azure Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and Tableau.Broad knowledge of data management principles, including Master Data Management (MDM), Data Migration and Readiness, Data Quality, data modeling, data engineering, BI reporting, and data governance.Background in Digital & Innovation (DI) is nice to have, with exposure to AI / ML, automation, design thinking, and emerging technologies.Experience delivering projects across key corporate functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Master Data, and HR.Knowledge of Agile practices and modern software development methodologies.Educational & Experience Requirements :
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.More than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with a strong focus on Data & Analytics (D&A).A minimum of 10 years in leadership roles with significant people management and team-building responsibilities.Extensive experience in global delivery is required.Professional certifications such as SAFe Agilist, PMP, or technology-specific certifications (e.g., Azure, SAP, AI / ML) are considered an advantage.The ideal candidate must be willing and able to travel internationally and relocate as required to meet business needs.
