Business Development - Inside Sales B2B for Southeast Market, Based in Hyderabad
Office timing 7 : 30AM - 4 : 30PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage companies facing hiring challenges.
- Connect with decision-makers (HR / CHROs / CEOs / Founders).
- Understand client needs, pitch foundit solutions, and deliver demos.
- Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation → product pitch → proposal → negotiation → closure → onboarding.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and track competition trends.
Eligibility :
Graduate (any discipline).1-3 years B2B sales experience (Inside / Corporate Sales preferred).Background in HR Tech, SaaS, IT Sales, Consulting, BFSI, Media, or DotCom is a plus.Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles.Skills Required :
Strong communication, email writing, and presentation / demo skills.Experience selling to decision-makers.Relationship-building, negotiation, and objection handling.Target-driven, self-motivated, with basic MS Excel / CRM proficiency.Skills Required
