Job Description :

  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets and build a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients
  • Understand client needs and use cases for the CRM
  • Conduct online product demos for corporate clients
  • Assist with online implementation of the CRM
  • Deliver online training sessions to clients post-implementation
  • Generate leads through various digital platforms (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.)
  • Research and identify key decision-makers and client contact points

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients across industries.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through digital platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calls.
  • Understand client requirements and demonstrate how Runo's CRM can add value to their sales process.
  • Conduct online product demos to decision-makers.
  • Assist in the online implementation and onboarding of new clients.
  • Deliver online training sessions to client teams post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product team to refine lead generation and product positioning strategies.
